Shipping & Handling

At Fluxus we want to make your buying experience as easy as possible.  Products in stock will ship within 24-48 hours.  During periods of high demand please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your order to ship.  Customers will be notified via e-mail within 5 (five) business days if a product is out of stock. 

Domestic:

All packages are shipped via UPS ground for a flat rate of $9.95. Orders of $75.00 or more will receive FREE SHIPPING BEFORE TAXES (CA ONLY) AND BEFORE ANY PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS HAVE BEEN APPLIED. Delivery is available to all 50 US states. Additional fees will apply to the states of Alaska and Hawaii as well as U.S. territories Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau and the Virgin Islands.

International:

All international packages are shipped via USPS postal service for a standard flat rate of $19.95, which does not include a tracking capability.  Customers have the option to purchase tracking for international deliveries for $40.00. Orders of $350.00 or more (BEFORE ANY PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS HAVE BEEN APPLIED) will receive FREE SHIPPING with a tracking number. Some International packages are subject to a custom charge. Applicable charges will be added upon shipping your order, depending on the country to which we are shipping. Contents and value must be declared on the customs documents.

Shipping Options:

UPS shipping requires a signature at time of delivery unless shipping instructions are provided.  Delivery may be delayed if no one is available to sign for the package unless specified. Please note: UPS does not deliver to POST OFFICE BOX.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges and related fees if package is returned with refused or undeliverable address. Fluxus IS NOT liable for lost packages without tracking numbers.

 

Return Policy:

If you have a question about any aspect of your order or our website, our customer care representatives are available to help you M-F from 9am to 5pm pacific standard time.

  • Items purchased are not refundable. Customers will be given a credit for an exchange.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 21 days.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Exchange policy will ONLY be honored if there is no sign the merchandise has been worn.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges for any exchange.
  • All sale or discounted items are FINAL and may not be exchanged.
  • To return an online purchase by mail for an exchange, you must contact customer service to obtain an exchange authorization number.
